Whole Child's programs are designed to include a rigorous evaluation that measures effectiveness, enables continual improvement, and ensures that objectives are met. Our collaboration with the University of Pittsburgh's Office of Child Development guarantees the independence of these efforts and contributes knowledge and experience to the global understanding of the problem of institutionalized children.
