On the night of March 17, Roger Kline, Chairman of the Board of
Whole Child International, died of a heart attack at the age of 64. His
death is a profound loss to us all.
Roger was a senior partner at McKinsey & Co., and had a passionate commitment to the children we serve. As a board member
and later as Chairman of the Board, he contributed
a breadth of experience and expertise that was matched only by his
boundless energy.
We are in Roger's debt
for his
leadership, his relentless encouragement, and his friendship at such a formative
time in
Whole Child's development. We only wish we might have had more time together.
We send our heartfelt sympathy to his family, his friends, and the colleagues he so cherished.
