Today our evaluation team is back out in the field as we began post-evaluation to measure the impact of our work to improve quality of care of vulnerable children in El Salvador. The evaluation is a collaboration of Duke University’s Global Health Institute and teams at the University of South Carolina and the University of Central America. The effort uses WCI-QCUALS, a comprehensive measurement tool we developed to assess limited-resource childcare settings in the developing world, comparing what we find against the original baseline study completed last year.
