[Seventy-four families, three districts, and a method that stays behind]

[Between January and June we accompanied families across three districts of La Unión, on El Salvador's eastern coast, through structured home visits. Each visit followed a sequence of moments designed so that the caregiver — not the facilitator — was the one leading the play, the conversation and the care. At closeout we handed over the case files and, with them, an implementation manual and five support materials that remain in local hands.]

[What interests us is not the number of visits but what changed in the relationship: caregivers who read their baby's signals, families who keep routines going with no one supervising them.]
